The Los Angeles design community went nuts this past week when AIGA LA hosted Michael Bierut in LA. Ok, maybe not everyone went nuts, maybe that was just us...but either way, a lot of people got pretty excited. Michael Bierut is to the design community what Bon Jovi is to women whose hay day was the 80's. There are people who inspire you and then there are people who drive you. Michael (or Mike, as Josh likes to refer to him as) is the latter. He drives me to be a better designer, a better thinker, a better do-er, a better communicator. Just absolutely amazing.
